The new establishment is set to be a compact 540 square feet, featuring two drive-through lanes, a cooler measuring 230 square feet, and ample parking with eight dedicated spots for employees. This coffee haven will be conveniently situated in the parking lot of the plaza, right next to CVS, at 8102 N. Davis Highway.

Growing Presence in Florida

If the proposal gets the green light from Escambia’s Development Review Committee, it will mark the second 7 Brew Coffee location along North Davis Highway. The application, submitted on June 23 by the Bowman Consulting Group on behalf of Red Sky/7Crew, LLC, shows that the company is quite serious about expanding its footprint in the area. In fact, the Bowman Consulting Group has partnered with 7 Brew to establish multiple locations throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

Right now, there are four additional unapproved plans in the pipeline for more 7 Brew locations in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. It’s all part of a grand expansion strategy that began in Florida with the first store opening in Crestview in 2023. Popular spots like Pensacola and Milton have already welcomed their first shops, with the latter marking the chain’s initial presence in Santa Rosa County.

According to Florida Today, 7 Brew has ambitious plans to open 165 drive-thru locations across Florida over the next five years.
