Excitement Builds for 2026 Sunshine Showcase at Disney World!

ESPN Wide World of Sports, Walt Disney World Resort, Kissimmee, Florida, USA - The excitement is already building for one of the premier events in the youth field hockey calendar. USA Field Hockey and Disney have announced that the annual Sunshine Showcase will take place from January 23 through January 25, 2026, at the ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. This dynamic tournament is set to attract a diverse group of young athletes, showcasing the spirit and talent of budding field hockey players.

Participants can look forward to a variety of divisions, each designed to foster skill development and competitive spirit. The divisions include:

• U-10 Co-Ed (7v7)
• U-12 Co-Ed (7v7)
• U-14 Co-Ed (7v7)
• U-14 Girls (7v7)
• U-14 Girls (11v11)
• U-16 Girls (11v11)
• U-19 Girls (11v11)

Each team in the Sunshine Showcase is guaranteed at least five games, with the potential for up to six games, making for an action-packed weekend. Registration for this much-anticipated tournament will kick off on August 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. ET.
