Gainesville, Florida, USA - The Gainesville Sun has recently crowned J’Lyn Guyden of Santa Fe as the Player of the Year for 2023, spotlighting her exceptional talents on the softball field. Having previously held this title in 2022, Guyden’s return to the top comes after her competitor, Leanna Bourdage from Gainesville High, faced injuries in 2025, thus allowing Guyden to reclaim her title.
