Lake City, USA - JSX, an award-winning public charter air carrier, is shaking up its operations with some intriguing changes coming to Florida and Colorado. Starting later this summer, travelers can expect services to move to the Centennial/Denver, Colorado (APA) and Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) in Florida. This news has stirred interest among those keen on flying without the usual hassle of large airports.

From August 28, 2025, JSX will offer nonstop flights from Fort Lauderdale Executive to Westchester County Airport (HPN), running five days a week. However, if you’ve got a flight booked from Boca Raton (BCT) after July 31, 2025, you’ll need to make new arrangements, as JSX will no longer operate from there due to the demolition of its facilities. The good news? Customers can switch to flights from nearby West Palm Beach (PBI) or Miami/Opa-locka (OPF) at no extra cost or receive a full refund.

More Flights, More Comfort

JSX is also moving operations at Rocky Mountain Airport (BJC) to Centennial/Denver. Come September 10, 2025, passengers will be able to enjoy nonstop services to Las Vegas (LAS) and Scottsdale (SCF), alongside seasonal routes to Dallas (DAL) and Burbank (BUR). Travelers with reservations to the Rocky Mountain Airport beyond this date will be accommodated to Centennial/Denver or will receive a full refund.

The essence of JSX lies in its promise of a premium travel experience without the overly steep prices. Founded in 2016, JSX has carved out a niche that allows passengers to fly more comfortably without breaking the bank. The convenience of flying from smaller, less crowded airports means travelers can check in just 20 minutes before departure. What’s the catch? There isn’t much of one! There are no lengthy TSA lines to stand in, and passengers benefit from generous business-class legroom in their 30-seat jets, alongside high-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary snacks and beverages.

Competitive Pricing

One-way flights from Westchester County Airport to various points in Florida range from $600 to $1,400, making them a competitive option compared to first-class tickets on conventional airlines. When you consider that private charter jets often start at $22,100, JSX presents a very attractive alternative for travelers seeking more comfort and convenience without those exorbitant costs. JSX emphasizes that they are not a substitute for private jets but rather a superb option for those wanting a more comfortable flying experience that doesn’t come with all the high-end trimmings.

Moreover, with the Federal Aviation Administration having no significant safety issues reported for JSX, the airline has built a reputation for trustworthiness. In fact, the only incident to note involved a landing gear collapse back in May 2024, leading to minor injuries—hardly the kind of safety record to worry about. That speaks volumes when you’re considering your flying options.

As JSX continues to expand with plans to introduce ATR 42-600 aircraft later this year, it seems the airline has a keen eye on the future. Whether it’s their innovative approach to air travel or the seamless customer experience they promise, it’s clear that JSX is doing a good deal to change the landscape of domestic air travel.
