Starting this week, teams will participate in a best-of-three series, vying for a chance to compete in the coveted State Final Four in Fort Myers. With predictions flying high for state champions across various classifications, baseball enthusiasts are in for a treat this summer.

Sarasota High, on the other hand, has made a significant mark with eight championships, the first of which was celebrated in 1957.

Venice High has also made its name known, boasting six championships over a period of just 13 years. Riverview High, although with just two championships, adds its own flavor to the roster of local success stories, alongside other schools like Palmetto High, Bradenton Christian School, Lakewood Ranch High, and Out-of-Door Academy.
