Carolynn was a devoted member of the Baptist faith and an active participant in AMVETS. She dedicated over 20 years of her life working at Hallmark before enjoying a well-deserved retirement. Her passions included playing golf, enjoying Bingo, cooking, singing karaoke, and sewing, particularly quilts, which she lovingly crafted for family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Cox, with whom she shared 15 wonderful years of marriage. Carolynn was a proud mother to five children: Laura Brooks, Michael Mcclenny, Rebekah Mcclenny, Robert Cox, and Michael Wesley Cox. She also cherished her role as grandmother to nine grandchildren: James Griffin, Samantha Griffin, Jack Griffin, Taylor Brooks, Reese Brooks, Evie Mcclenny, Brice Cox, Wesley Cox, and Gage Cox. Additionally, she is survived by her brother, David Groover Jr.
