Coldwell Banker Realty Expands with Billion-Dollar Agent in Alabama!

Coldwell Banker Realty is making waves, announcing exciting new additions and expansions throughout the U.S. This marks a dynamic phase for the brand, showcasing its commitment to growth and excellence across various markets. As of August 30, 2025, with veteran agents stepping in, including those with impressive sales records, Coldwell Banker is setting the stage for the future of real estate.

In Burlingame, California, Mary Bee, a billion-dollar agent with an impressive 40 years in the industry, is joining Coldwell Banker Realty. She previously thrived at RE/MAX, racking up over $1 billion in sales over her career. Just last year, Bee closed deals worth more than $74 million, proving she knows her way around the market. Meanwhile, Miami welcomes Claudia Cornejo to its Pinecrest office. An NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agent with two decades of experience, Claudia aims to serve the Latino and Hispanic community effectively, having sold over 1,000 homes while leading the Claudia & Associates Real Estate Group in Fairfax, Virginia.

Expanding Coast to Coast

New York City is not left out of the excitement. Coldwell Banker Warburg has added three new agents, including Abigail Godfrey, who previously made headlines with Douglas Elliman and was featured in Netflix’s „Selling the City.“ Joining her are the Holmes Team—Charles Holmes and Evita Lasasso—who together have achieved over $100 million in lifetime sales and boast diverse professional backgrounds.

Alabama is seeing growth as well, with Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty unveiling a new office in Spanish Fort, the fourth office since they joined the brand in 2019. The firm is now home to 60 agents and caters to the thriving Baldwin County market in the Southeast, a promising area for real estate investments.

Strong Start to 2025

Coldwell Banker affiliates have kicked off 2025 with impressive results. According to Coldwell Banker Blog, they renewed 33 companies, totaling a jaw-dropping sales volume of $7.7 billion, which makes up 75% of total renewed sales for the year. A notable mention is the launch of three new Coldwell Banker companies across the United States, one of which is Coldwell Banker Beiswanger Realty Group in Jackson, Mississippi, owned by Doug Beiswanger.

The brand’s expansion isn’t limited to the U.S. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, Coldwell Banker opened 17 new locations across seven countries, including 2 offices in Buenos Aires and multiple new establishments in Turkey. Kait McMurdo, Director of Global Service for Coldwell Banker since January 2020, is at the helm of these international initiatives, leveraging her extensive experience in real estate sales and marketing.

Spectrum of Opportunities

As the landscape of real estate evolves, trends such as Build-to-Rent (BTR) housing are causing a stir. A recent article from CBC Worldwide suggests BTR is reshaping U.S housing with its flexible offerings and nearly 96% occupancy. This shift is responding to affordability challenges while presenting opportunities for investors, developers, and communities alike.

With the real estate market buzzing with new talent, strategic expansions, and fresh opportunities, Coldwell Banker Realty seems poised to not just participate but thrive in the industry’s evolution. Whether through seasoned agents bringing decades of experience or through innovative expansion strategies, they’re definitely doing a good deal this year! Time will tell how their efforts will pave the way for the future of real estate across Florida and beyond.
