Following closely is Episcopal, with a record of 6-2 in District 4-2A. Their previous week was a scoring frenzy, winning big against Fernandina Beach (22-4) and Providence (15-3). This week, they have a break, giving their players time to recharge. Notable players to watch include Amelia Oreair, Kenzie Ranalli, and Ashten Wolff, all batting .400 or higher.

At third place, we have University Christian, also undefeated at 6-0 in District 3-1A. They’ve made quite the impact with a dominating win of 24-1 against Riverside and a solid 5-1 against Fleming Island. This week, they enjoy a break from competition. Keep an eye on Dixie Tessier, who has yet to allow an earned run!

West Nassau sits at number four with a record of 6-1 in District 3-3A. Last week, they had mixed results, winning against Atlantic Coast (2-1) and Fernandina Beach (18-4), but faced a setback with a loss to Paxon (3-1). This week, they’re gearing up for tough matches against Baker County, Baldwin, and Ocala Trinity Catholic. They have been averaging a whopping 10 runs per game!

Rounding out the top five is Tocoi Creek, with a record of 6-1 in District 3-6A. They secured victories against Ponte Vedra (5-1) and Beachside (3-2) last week. This week, they’re set to challenge Bradford, Providence, and Fletcher. Notably, Hannah Jones has been a standout with an impressive ERA of 0.43 and 52 strikeouts this season.

As for teams that have dropped out of the rankings, we see Atlantic Coast, Fleming Island, and Ponte Vedra stepping back, while Baldwin, Bartram Trail, Columbia, Creekside, and Middleburg are on the bubble, vying for a spot in the next ranking update.
